All claims should be reported through our office to a licensed broker at the following number: 519-743-1401 or 800-596-7780.

Our brokers can give you valuable advice about what to expect during the claims process. We recommend that you seek our advice in reporting a minor incident or loss. In the case of a major loss the direct number to the insurance company should be used as their claims department is available to provide you with immediate assistance 24/7.

When an auto claim must be reported to the police and insurance:

If anyone is injured, even what appear to be minor injuries
If the cost of repairs would exceed $1,000
If there is any question as to who was at fault
